NORCAT Arcade Launcher

NORCAT Arcade Launcher is a simple utility that will allow you to launch windows based games.  This was originally intended for Game Development students to have a way to showcase their work to their peers.  

To load games into the launcher, move your game files into the "Games" folder.  Then edit the file GameList.csv in the following order:

Game title, Executable path, display image path.

*Exit key. (Have to use Alt + F4 right now)
